Asus Ebook Reader

The Asus reader was definitely worth waiting for. I mean, the price was already a cincher. I wouldn’t expect less from the company that brought us the budget EEE PCs and started a netbook revolution. But when I got the first glimpse of the planned model through reviews, now there were even more reasons to wait for the Asus reader.
I was concerned about the quality and performance of the Asus reader, though. After all, at its price of only $167 and with that double full-color touch screen, what do you expect? But fortunately, Asus seems to know what it’s doing.
One of the things I love the most about it is the dual screen design. It was more of that than the full color display or even the touch screen technology. After all, no other ebook reader, as far as I know, offers the dual screen display. I mean, the thing just simulates an actual book. What could get better for an ebook reader than that?
The steady performance of the Asus reader is also to be expected, even with the low price. After all, the EEE PCs did perform well, despite the same low price.
Even as an ordinary consumer and a gadget-lover, I can already tell that the Asus reader is going to be a hit. A lot of people are already calling it the EeeBook and it has created a hype that I think mirrored the hype that surrounded the Amazon Kindle. The new Asus reader is really a winner waiting to happen, and I can’t wait for it to make its worldwide debut.
