Bebook

It’s easy to love the Bebook. I bought mine a year ago and haven’t had problems with it. Before I purchased an ebook reader, I went through intense research first. The ereader, which I bought for $279, is slightly more expensive than the Kindle 2.
I hesitated a bit because I thought I’d find a keyboard a necessity, which was present on the Kindle 2 but not on the Bebook. I also got a bit torn since the device didn’t have wireless. But I wasn’t really looking for one, since I already have a huge ebook collection in pdf, which wasn’t readily supported by the Amazon Kindle but can be easily loaded into the Bebook.
I went ahead and purchased the Bebook. I immediately connected it to my PC to see whether I made the right decision foregoing the much hyped up wireless connectivity of Amazon’s ebook reader.
The e-book reader connected fast and I was able to load my PDF ebooks into it. I knew I made the right decision when the PDF files were read fast and beautifully, which I’ve read in my research is usually a problem in other e book readers.
I also checked the entire package when I got it. The package came with a complete kit including a screwdriver and additional screws for the back cover.
In exploring my ebook reader, I also found its other features such as the dictionary and the encyclopedia very useful. At first, they weren’t really a big deal for me. The Bebook allowed me to enjoy all my ebooks wherever I may be. But when I tried out the features, I found them really helpful.
All in all, the Bebook meets my requirements on every level.
